How it works

Reserve. We set up. You go live.

You handle the event. We handle the internet.

1) Request

Tell us your date, address, and coverage zones (gate/POS, staff, guests). We’ll confirm availability and quote your plan.

2) We deliver and set up

Our technician arrives on‑site, places the dish with a clear sky view, runs clean cabling, and powers everything up.

3) Optimize and test

We create up to 3 private Wi‑Fi networks, prioritize POS and ops, and test your devices (readers, cameras, streams) until stable.

4) Monitor and wrap

We monitor performance during your hours. For multi‑day projects we leave it in place and check in as needed, then return for a clean teardown.

    FAQ

    Things To Know

Will this work if there’s no cell service at my venue?

Yes. The connection is satellite based. As long as the dish has a clear view of the sky, your devices connect over Wi‑Fi or Ethernet.

What do you need on site?

One standard AC outlet and a clear sky view. We handle placement, cable routing, and setup. If power is not available, ask about our portable power option.

    How long does setup take?

Most installs take 30 to 60 minutes. Larger footprints or special cable runs can add a little time. We schedule load in so you are ready before doors open.

How many devices can connect and how big an area can you cover?

The base kit includes three professional access points and supports dozens of devices across typical event footprints like tent rows, small fields, or a site trailer plus work area. For larger or denser crowds, we can add access points.

Do you deliver and manage on site?

Yes. A technician delivers, sets up, creates your networks, and monitors during your booked hours.

Can you provide a wired Ethernet drop for POS or cameras?

Yes. One wired drop is included on request. Additional drops are available if you need them.

Can you separate networks for staff, vendors, and guests?

Yes. We can create up to three private networks and set simple names and passwords. We can also prioritize POS and staff traffic.

    What about weather?

Light rain is usually fine. Heavy rain, severe wind, or unsafe conditions can affect satellite performance or placement. We position for the best line of sight and adjust if conditions change.

What if trees or buildings block the sky?

We place the dish for the clearest line of sight and can run longer cable if needed. If obstructions are extreme, we will discuss alternate placement on arrival.

Do you include a guest Wi‑Fi option?

Yes. Due to security and privacy considerations, guest access is optional add-on. We can turn it on or off and set a simple password. We also employ traffic shaping and bandwidth controls so guests can't overload the network and cause issues for you and your vendors.

    What speeds should we expect?

We optimize for reliability for POS, staff ops, and typical event traffic. Exact numbers vary by location and sky view. We test on site and tune for your priorities.

    Do you limit data?

Plans include a healthy data bundle sized to your use case. If you expect continuous video uploads or very high usage, tell us so we can discusss the right data allocations or add top ups.

Do you support multi day or weekly schedules?

Yes. We offer weekend, weekly, and monthly options. We monitor remotely and schedule check ins or repositioning as needed.

    What areas do you serve?

Greater Houston and surrounding areas. If you are outside the core area (25 mile radius from Houston center), we can usually accommodate with a small travel fee.

What if something goes wrong during the event?

For single day and weekend events, a tech will be on-site for the duration of the event. You can contact your tech directly by text or phone as well. We also remotely monitor performance during your hours and can adjust placement, power, or channel settings on the fly.

What is your reschedule or cancellation policy?

We know plans change. Current terms are included in your quote. If weather or permitting changes your date, we will work with you to reschedule the earliest available slot.

    Open Houses & Model Homes

Can you separate Agent, Visitor, and Media networks?

Yes. We can create up to three private networks, label them clearly, and prioritize Agent and Ops traffic so comps, CRM, and streams stay responsive.

Will the equipment be discreet and staging friendly?

Yes. We place compact access points and route cables neatly so they blend with staging. We can hide gear out of primary sight lines and provide small QR Wi‑Fi signs if you want them.

Do you support smart locks, thermostats, and TV tours?

Yes. We can dedicate a Media network for smart home devices and TV loops so they do not interfere with agent devices or guest Wi‑Fi.

How fast is setup and teardown around showings?

Typical setup is 30 to 60 minutes. Teardown is quick and tidy. We schedule your slot so everything is online before doors open and remove equipment after the event window.

Can you leave the network active across the weekend?

Yes. For multi day showings, we keep the network running with remote monitoring and a daily check in window. We can hold the same SSIDs and passwords across days for convenience.

Do you provide guest Wi‑Fi with easy sign in?

Yes. We can enable a simple guest network with a QR sign in and rotate the password on request after the event.
